Description

SCOPE:

Construction of a five-court sand volleyball complex with berm seating for approximately 500 spectators (no fixed seating)
and a 2,900 square-foot team building featuring locker rooms and restrooms. Spectator amenities will comprise berm
seating, drinking fountains, and public restrooms.

Contract Time: Four Hundred Twenty Nine Days (429) whole calendar days.

FINISH: APRIL 2026

Prequalified HVAC and Electrical subcontractors may participate.

Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation is encouraged.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Tour will be conducted on APRIL 16, 2025 beginning promptly at 10:00 AM.
Participants shall meet in the parking lot at the corner of Fulton and Bancroft, Berkeley, CA 94720.
