The Center – OUSD Central Commissary received a 2021 CA ENR Best Project Award, Northern California K-12 Education category. The lease-leaseback delivery includes a new 45,000 SF facility that delivers fresh meals to 37,000 students across nearly 100 schools for OUSD. Overaa self-performed the concrete work, including foundations and 23 tilt-up panels that were raised a month ahead of schedule in 3 days. Phase 2 was completed by Overaa’s project management and specialty self-perform division and crew.
