Project Excellence Award Goes to Easterly Waste Water Treatment Plant

National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Northern California Chapter awarded Project Excellence Award to Con J, Franke Electric, Inc. for the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant in Elmira, CA on September 13, 2016. The Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant project involved expansion and modernization of an existing facility, including a new headworks channel and pump, clarifier, effluent basin and filter influent building. Congratulations to Con J. Franke and our partners City of Vacaville, Project Owner, and HDR, Inc., Architect.
