Leading Research and Development Center Expands Campus in CA

Overaa Construction was pleased to join a confidential client for the ribbon cutting of a new 22,000 SF single-story Class A office building. The new building includes offices, conference rooms, collaborative spaces, support spaces and workspaces. It features a unified appearance and building engineering systems that integrate within the existing campus. Overaa accelerated the underground scope in order for our Self-Perform Group (SPG) to perform work on the slab on grade, footings, and bolts.
