Early Childhood Mental Health Program (ECMHP) in Richmond, CA received a new tricycle garage yesterday. An Overaa team of volunteers designed, built and delivered a new structure to house a small fleet of tricycles and ride-on toys in time for the Holidays. When the garage doors are open, the structure serves as a tunnel for toddler drivers. ECMHP, a Richmond based, not-for-profit corporation provides an array of services to foster healthy development in infants and young children who are risk, abused, neglected, emotionally disturbed or affected by substance abuse. Josh Genser, General Cousel with Overaa, along with his wife Elaina Genser, provided funding for ECMHP’s new playground and Overaa Construction dontated the tricycle garage. Because of access constraints, the Overaa team used a crane to hoist the structure over a parking lot and fence and slotted into place on the new tricycle race track.
