A biogas-fueled solar turbine cogen facility, a User Support Building for Lawrence Berkeley Lab, and a 10-story parking structure make the SF Times Book of Lists.

Five diverse projects under construction by Overaa rank among the Largest Construction Projects in the East Bay, according to the SF Business Times, East Bay Book of Lists 2012.  Ranked by cost of construction, the list notes the following Overaa projects:
20th: EBMUD’s Chevron RARE Waste Water Treatment Plant, a $32 M high purity water plant24th: Alta Bates/Summit Parking Structure, a $26 M, 7-level, 1,079 stall parking structure addition in Oakland, CA.25th: Lawrence Berkeley National Lab User Support Building, a $25 M 30,000 sf steel frame project.
In addition, the Largest Construction Projects in Oakland List includes three Overaa projects:
7th: Alta Bates/Summit Parking Structure (see description above).8th: Kaiser Oakland Parking Structure, a $25 M, 10 story, 431,988 sf structure with 1,211 stalls.10th: EBMUD Power Generation Station, a $20 M four-mile wide, biogas-fueled solar turbine cogen facility.
