Values

Local
Participation

Overaa encourages participation by local talent. Our team has created outreach programs in a wide range of areas, from engaging community-based business enterprises to training and mentorship programs for local youth in the construction trades. Our depth of resources includes established partnerships with diverse trade partners with whom we regularly collaborate.

Richmond Build

RichmondBUILD Pre-apprenticeship Construction Skills and Green Jobs Training Academy was first developed to create employment and career opportunities for Richmond residents and also to implement a strategy for reducing violence in our community. Overaa Construction proudly supports the RichmondBUILD program. NBC 11 News reports on the difference that was made for one local teen hired through RichmondBUILD to work for Overaa during the summer.
