Center for Nano & Micro-Manufacturing

The Overaa team completed the cleanroom laboratory renovation for UC Davis’ Center for Nano & Micro-Manufacturing. The design/assist project included preconstruction services to develop bid packaging and construction sequencing for the 60,000 SF Clean Room Lab hub with specialty tool equipment. WETA Operation & Maintenance Building

Construction is well underway at the Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) Central Bay Operations and Maintenance Facility at the Alameda Point shoreline.  It was a beautiful day for pouring 620 CYD of concrete!  The new 28,000 SF facility will be a emergency operations center for WETA.
