Meet 3 Modern Rosie the Riveters

What’s it like to be a woman working in a male-dominated industry? Overaa’s April Gustavus, Carpenter, Lynn Bass, Human Resource Specialist, and Kylee Bauer, Project Engineer Intern spoke at the Rosie The Riveter Career Day event at Kennedy High School in Richmond, CA. The trio answered questions and talked about their careers to about 30 young women in middle school and high school about what is it like working in the construction industry.
