Description

The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Construction of a new sodium hypochlorite storage and metering facility;
• Installation of District furnished storage tanks in the new storage facility;
• Construction of a new sodium hypochlorite fill station and delivery truck pad;
• Demolition of an existing sodium hypochlorite storage and metering facility;
• Installation of new fiber optic system components
• Related demolition, site improvements, process equipment, electrical and instrumentation
systems, and incidentals as described in the Contract Documents

 

The successful bidder will have 445 calendar days to substantially complete the project from the Notice to Proceed.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m., local time, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Maintenance Building Training Room 1, located at 7399 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA and attendance is mandatory for all contractors submitting a bid. A site visit prior to bidding is mandatory for the contractor to be qualified to bid on the project.
