Isaac R. Montañez Elementary School & Middle School Addition

Design and construction of the phased project. Phase 1 included the 66,000 SF new elementary school campus with classrooms, admin offices, a kitchen, a multipurpose room, a library, and extensive sitework. Sitework consisted of vehicle parking, student and bus drop-offs, play fields, playground area, a running track, and street improvements. Phase 2 was the middle school addition with new classrooms and gym wing, daycare facility, science room, locker rooms, gym, play fields, and parking lots. Statewide Educational Wrap-Up Program (SEWUP) Safety Recognition Award winner.
