…I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with your project manager and construction superintendent. These two individuals were outstanding. They both exhibited patience and sensitivity in working with the City and representatives… and maintained an excellent working relationship with the architect, City staff, and the City’s construction manager. This relationship was always collegial, always solution-oriented, and always focused on achieving a quality end product that met time and budget constraints.
Their efforts to manage the construction activity to ensure the successful grand opening of the building on the target date were truly heroic. I quite simply enjoyed working with them.
