Scott Thompson has been a pleasure to work with on the Kemper Cleanroom project at UC Davis. He is organized and technically savvy with managing construction documentation. His communication skills are excellent even when faced with difficult conversations and contentious topics. He strikes a smart balance between deference and showing strong leadership skills. He operates calmly in the midst of a high-pressure, intense project. His positive attitude and willingness to resolve issues is refreshing in an environment that is filled with problems to solve on a daily basis. Scott consistently conducts himself with a professional, approachable attitude and shows a level of tact that is well beyond his years.
