C. Overaa & Co. was easy to work with and made a great partner in building our first public parking structure and restoring a historic Art Deco movie palace in our downtown. We appreciated Overaa’s fairness and team-spirit in tackling the challenges we faced throughout the construction process. Overaa approached its contract with the City with an eye towards building a long-term relationship, and as a result, the City would be happy to work with them again.
