Alvarado Commerce Center Project in San Leandro, California. Throughout the duration of construction
Overaa was able to overcome numerous obstacles and deliver a high quality project. Overaa’s attention
to detail, craftsmanship, passion, and professionalism brought tremendous value not only to the building,
but to the building process. Being able to deal with the city of San Leandro and jump through hoops to
keep project schedules is something that not all contractors can navigate, but the Overaa team on
Alvarado made it happen.
