Jerry Overaa of C. Overaa & Co. was practicing design-build project delivery methods before the words were coined; he collaborated with many architects and engineers to design and construct anything we could imagine. Jerry Overaa has demonstrated sustained leadership for more than the 28 years of my association with him and today that leadership is integrating the professional practices of construction and design to the highest of levels.
