When it comes to her passion for HR, Paula values people and culture above all else. She leads the charge in carrying out Overaa’s vision to provide the best employee experience for team members across the organization. Paula also leads the Human Resources department in identifying and implementing long-range strategic goals that span the entire employee lifecycle so we can continue to evolve and remain an employer of choice. She brings broad-based experience in multiple HR disciplines and decades of hands-on leadership as business partner, coach, and consultant across a wide range of industries. Outside of work, Paula is an avid cook who is always striving to perfect the art of Taco Tuesday.
