Meg applies her expertise in commercial contracts, labor matters, and risk management strategies to thoughtfully guide Overaa business practices. With a background in K12, higher education and other public agencies in matters related to construction, real estate, and general procurement, Meg advises project teams on construction delivery methods and contract administration. Additionally, Meg has broad experience managing workforces responsibly and inclusively, including policy development related to employment practices.
With community service near and dear to her heart, Meg completed two years of service with AmericaCorps and worked as a project manager building playgrounds throughout North America. In her free time, Meg enjoys jogging with her dog, and hiking, biking and camping with her family.
