The latest set pdf is named “2009 Colusa and Modoc Richmond 112025 Update”. Use the plans in the “for reference” folder for elevations and additional details. A scope reduction exercise took place between the two sets that:

Delete all balconies and private decks.

Delete both roof decks.

Delete 2 exit stairs completely. Project will have 2 exit stairs total.

Delete 1 elevator. Project will have 2 passenger elevators, 1 service elevator total. Elevators will open on 5 levels instead of 6.
