Overaa is seeking subcontractor bids and bid updates for the Lafayette Park Theater renovation based on 90% CD drawings submitted for permit.
Complete renovation of the existing theater. Lobby to be extended to existing ticket booth and rear of building to be extended to allow for expanded internal program. All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and structural. front facade to be restored to try and match original design. All new finishes to try and match original design. This project is currently at 50% CDs.
This project does not have a Project Labor Agreement nor prevailing wage requirements.
