Description

The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Construction of a new sodium hypochlorite storage and metering facility;
• Installation of District provided storage tanks in the new storage facility;
• Construction of a new sodium hypochlorite fill station and delivery truck pad;
• Demolition of an existing sodium hypochlorite storage and metering facility;
• Installation of new fiber optic system components
• Related demolition, site improvements, process equipment, electrical and instrumentation
systems, and incidentals as described in the Contract Documents.

The successful bidder will have 585 calendar days to substantially complete the project.

A prebid conference will be held at 10 AM, local time, on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the Field
Operations Facility, located at 7035 Commerce Circle, Pleasanton, CA and attendance is mandatory
for all contractors submitting a bid. A site visit prior to bidding is mandatory for the contractor to be
qualified to bid on the project.

The Contract Documents may be purchased for a non-refundable charge of $145.00. This charge includes the appropriate state sales tax and ground shipping costs. Partial sets of Bid Documents are not available from the Owner.
