In general, this project includes: The construction of an aerated static pile compost processing facility
and associated improvements (“Project”).

The Project consists of installation of owner provided equipment including, Covered
Aerated Static Pile composting infrastructure, earthwork, placement of AC pavement
or improved surface material on access roads and compost deck, water supply system,
fire water system, drainage improvements, and miscellaneous civil, electrical and
mechanical improvements.

The work is to be complete within a period of 130 working
days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise agreed upon. A Notice to Proceed will
be issued once all insurance, bonds, and critical submittals have been approved.
