As part of our “Overaa Cares” giving plan, Overaa and its employees donated more than $6,000 to Verde Elementary School, located in Richmond, and less than a mile away from our main office. Verde Elementary has more than 330 students in K-7 grades and 99% of students qualify for a free or reduced lunch, are living in foster care, or are English Learners. Overaa’s fundraiser will help offset the need of much needed classroom supplies. The “Overaa Cares” initiative was established to inspire a culture of caring by giving back to our community, to education and to our environment in purposeful and meaningful ways. Our goal was to education, the environment, and health with sweat equity, money and passion.
