Position Description and Duties

Project Managers are responsible for delivering successful projects from preconstruction through final completion within the context of Overaa’s company culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in managing all aspects of a construction project.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and passionate about construction.
  • Ability to lead and direct one or more project teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Loyalty, humility and a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management preferred.
  • Strong skills in the following software:
    • Microsoft Word/Excel/Project
    • Project Management Software – Viewpoint preferred
    • Primavera Scheduling Software
    • Bluebeam/Adobe
    • Revit or Navisworks

Position Description and Duties

Superintendents lead dynamic construction teams and supervise all construction activities. The Superintendent directs field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship according to plans and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Field construction experience at supervisory level.
  • Scheduling experience.
  • Able to supervise and manage self-performed work.
  • Hands-on knowledge of building systems and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively and collaboratively solve problems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws plus excellent safety record.
  • Loyalty, humility and a can-do attitude.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Team Coordinators are key members of dynamic project teams, providing critical support to the planning and management of projects with a wide range of activities.

Team Coordinators report to a Team Leader and Project Manager for work assignments. Team Coordinators work cooperatively with the Lead Team Coordinator in developing and maintaining work flow processes and best practices.   Team Coordinators may be assigned to either the main office and/or a project field office depending on specific project assignments, and may be assigned to multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

  • High level or professionalism.
  • Prior experience in construction administration for a general contractor.
  • Proficient in office software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, and project management software, Viewpoint is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self –starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

The Project Account performs all project-related accounting tasks, from budget setup through subcontract and change order management to project closeout, for multiple projects, each ranging from $5M to $100M.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience – Five years increasingly responsible recent experience in accounting positions in the construction industry; two years experience as project accountant for a general contractor.
  • Software: Microsoft Office required, Viewpoint preferred

Position Responsibilities and Duties

The Project Engineer assists Project Manager and Superintendent with the planning and management of projects including preconstruction activities, scheduling, estimating, cost control, documentation control, jobsite production, and customer relations.  Project Engineers are responsible for helping deliver successful projects from preconstruction through final completion within the context of Overaa’s company culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture or 5+ years experience.
  • Passion for construction and a can-do attitude.
