Case Study: Becoming a leader in SWPPP
Development and construction activities can cause pollutants to be discharged into storm drains, streams, or watersheds and eventually impact our region’s lakes, rivers, and bays.
Overaa currently has more than 30 individuals SWPPP certified or trained in California’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Designed by the State Water Resources Control Board, this program helps us recognize what protocols are required for clearing, grading, and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling and excavation.
