Overall project scope including but not limited to the following:

1. Site Demolition to accommodate the new precast wall, access controls, site lighting, and landscaping.
2. Construction of new 8-foot-high precast perimeter wall, with anti-dig barrier.
3. New motorized drive gates, manual swing gates, and pedestrian gates.
4. Parking lot modifications / improvements.
5. Site lighting modifications and electrical connections.
6. New irrigation and landscaping.
7. Electrical and data conduits for new access controls, cameras, and motorized gates, including trenching for new underground conduits and traffic rated pull boxes.
