Scope of work includes; SITE CLEARING, EXCAVATION, UTILITIES, ON-SITE INCLUDING LANDSCAPING AND SITE PAVING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ONE-STORY WAREHOUSE BUILDING. TOTAL SITE DEVELOPMENT AREA APPROXIMATELY 1.23 ACRES IN SIZE, TOTAL BUILDING AREA APPROXIMATELY 12,300 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE.
