Jeff Naff

Relationships are what’s important to Jeff, and with his 30+ years of experience in the industry, Jeff has partnered with most of the key players responsible for California’s water and wastewater systems, including suppliers, subcontractors, designers, and managers. Jeff directs work acquisition for our municipal infrastructure group, which has built more than $1B in California infrastructure over the last decade. His projects have provided clean drinking water, recycled water for non-potable uses, and have helped to clean wastewater before it is discharged into California waterways.
