The Project consists of constructing the following components
1. Secondary Clarifiers Improvements which includes recoating sludge collector
mechanisms, re-grout Secondary Clarifier 1 and 2, structural concrete repair, effluent
weir and scum baffle replacement, sludge pump station improvements etc. (Base Bid)
2. Secondary Clarifiers scum box replacement. (Alternate A)
3. Polyurethane crack injection in the secondary clarifiers base slab. (Base Bid and
All the Work associated with secondary clarifier outages shall be substantially complete within
90 Calendar Days. The overall project shall be completed within 120 days. The acceptance or
rejection of one or more bid alternates will revise the Contract Time of Completion. Contract
time and completion milestones are defined in Document 00520.

Avenue Mill Valley, CA 94941 . Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory.
