Description: 

The overall project will consist of construction at four remote District facilities. These

facilities include the Moraga Pump Station, Orinda Crossroads Pump Station, Flush-

Kleen Pump Station, and Concord Metering Station. Work at the Moraga, Orinda

Crossroads, and Flush-Kleen Pump Stations consist of major upgrades to the pump

stations, including demolition, civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, cathodic

protection, and electrical and instrumentation discipline work. Work at the Concord

Metering Station includes replacement of the PLC.

 

The Work will be performed at the existing Moraga Pump Station, the Orinda

Crossroads Pump Station, the Flush Kleen Pump Station, and the Concord Main

Metering Station in Contra Costa County. These sites are of generally level topography,

are paved, and include building improvements, utilities, and power poles as shown in

the Project Drawings.

2019, in the District's Board Meeting Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California and will be followed

with site visits to each pump station.

(if any) are available for viewing without charge through the District website at htto://www.centralsan.org

(Construction Zone), and may be examined at the District's Permit Counter, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez,

California. The bid results will be available on the District website after the bid opening.
