Project
San Jose Mineta International Airport New Facilities Buildings (Design-Build)

Description
The New Facilities will be designed to be one (1) multi-story building and one (1) single-story building. Buildings will be LEED Silver certified at a minimum and will house all administration, maintenance / fleet activities, field personnel functions, and storage of materials, equipment, and vehicles adequate for the Facilities and Fleet Maintenance staff to perform their daily workloads. The Project also has scope that extends beyond the New Facilities’ boundary including but not limited to:(i) demolition of the General Aviation (GA) Shelter; (ii) there alignment of the fence line at Coleman Ave., and(iii) providing utility service work for the building(s)and the site elements.
