The new Parking Structure is planned for the property and will be located immediately to the east of North Fork Rancheria casino and will be Type 1A construction. The structure will have four (4) tiers above grade and will provide 1,692 parking spaces. The parking structure will be considered an open parking garage as natural ventilation per the provisions of CBC Section 406.5.2 will be provided. Manual dry standpipes with hose will be provided.
Schedule: February 2025 – May 2026
This project is subject to the following requirements:
1. Exhibit I – Project Labor Agreement (PLA)
2. Exhibit F – Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)
3. Exhibit E – Private Project Wage requirements.
