Scope:
Hayward Unified School District will be performing modernization upgrades at Longwood Elementary School. Work includes renovations and upgrades to classrooms, other non-classroom areas, and site.
Scope of Work includes selective demolition, concrete reinforcement, concrete place & finish, metal fabrications, casework, finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, roofing repair, flashing & sheet metal, firestopping, joint sealants, wood window rehabilitation, glazing systems, doors, frames, & hardware, plaster patching, gypsum board assemblies, painting, tile, flooring, epoxy flooring, ceilings, DIV 10 specialties, visual display, tackable wall covering, signage, window coverings, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, earthwork, asphalt paving, pavement markings, fencing, site concrete.
Construction Schedule:
Interim Housing begin 13-Nov-2023 and complete 22-Dec-2023
Modernization Scope begin 02-Jan-2024, complete 31-Jul-2025
This is an occupied campus. Construction will be phased and all phases will complete by 31-Jul-2025.
