Description

The objective of the project is to site-adapt the original B224 Office Facility design to the new site in the 2600 block. The new facility will be a Class A office building with site improvements. The office building will include offices, conference rooms, collaborative spaces, and other typical building services. It will be completed to have a unified appearance and building engineering systems to integrate within the campus and to provide a common approach to building maintenance. The work of this project is defined by the Subcontract drawings and specifications; the work generally consists of the following:  Construct a new 22,000 sf office building per Contract Documents. Demolish and remove paving, concrete curb, existing utilities, trees and landscape as shown on the construction drawings. Prepare and grade site for new building and site improvements. Provide new utilities, paving landscaping and site amenities.

 

EE: $14-$17M

Schedule: Substantial completion by 4/20/2024 and final completion of the work no later than 5/20/2024
