Description
Overaa seeks Subcontractor bids for a project at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Building 191 (B191) also referred to as the High Explosives Application Facility (HEAF). Project requires conversion of an existing approximately 2,200 square foot atrium (or uncovered courtyard) into a blast resistant, explosive test and material storage area, and to remediate known accessibility issues. The Project Requirements Document (PRD) outlines multiple facility, security and schedule constraints associated with completion of the addition to B191 while experiments and operations are ongoing in the facility which should be considered in Offeror’s proposal.
Trades required include selective demolition, concrete reinforcement, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, waterproofing, insulation, roofing, flashings, joint sealants, expansion joints, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, window film, framing, drywall, tile, resilient flooring, painting, signage, wall protection, division 10 specialties, laboratory casework, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pavement markings
