B177 is a design build ground up scientific laboratory which Overaa is still pursuing.
LLNL has reduced the size of the building to reflect current market conditions and budget constraints. Addendum 13 reflects these reductions.
We seek bidders to price this current (and expected final) iteration of pricing. Note Addendum 13 converts Site Utilities Scope of Work to an Option. Also, a second option is asked to for construction of storage in 25% increments. See RFP issued with Addendum 13.

Overaa seeks proposals for a Design Build Wet Chemistry Laboratory at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.
Design, engineer, and construct new single story wet chemistry laboratory building that efficiently supports the LLNL mission totaling. The desired building will have mission critical space with additional support space, totaling approximately 8,000 net square feet.
Electrical and mechanical utilities must be brought from tie points on the conceptual site plan into the building underground. LLNL will procure the main power transformer. The transformer must be installed by the subcontractor.

Design Build Subcontractors must coordinate directly with Architect, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure the design and its details can be constructed within Subcontractor’s budget. Subcontractor shall bear all risk for design-borne changes and their resulting impacts.
