The project scope is generally described as:
• Installation of Owner-furnished 100 horsepower Cascade mixed flow pumps (2 ea.),
100 hp VFDs (2 ea.), plug valves (2 ea.), and check valves (2 ea.).

• Installation of a pipe support at the check valve flange.

• Modifications to the existing ductile iron header including 90-degree 20-inch elbow (2
ea.), 20/24-inch tee (2 ea.), and 24-inch header spools (4-ea.).

• Power and control wiring between the VFD cabinet, pumps, and existing PLC.

• Painting of exposed ductile iron piping from pump discharge flange to new spools on
discharge header.

• Coordinating work with a third-party welder (Zappetini Inc.) for the structural stiffening
of pump support beams.
