This is an Overaa project and we are seeking final bids for remaining Phases.
Scope:
Hayward Unified School District will be performing modernization upgrades at Hayward High School. Work includes renovations and upgrades to classrooms, gym, other non-classroom areas, and site.
Scope of Work includes selective demolition, structural upgrades, misc metals, casework, lab casework, finish carpentry, glazing, doors, frames, & hardware, insulation, roofing, framing & drywall, painting, tile, flooring, ceilings, DIV 10 specialties, signage, window coverings, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, civil, site concrete
Construction Schedule:
Remaining Work Phases begin Nov 2023 and complete June 2025
