New 7-story parking structure and heliport. The Parking Structure is planned to include a maximum of 1,400 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, photovoltaic solar panels, exterior architectural treatments, heliport, dedicated trauma elevator and covered walkway from the trauma elevator to the new emergency department.
