Overaa is seeking subcontractor bids for a new, ground-up self-storage and PDR building in San Francisco, CA.
Project is located in the Bayview Hunters Point plan area and proposes to demolish the existing accessory structure, and construct a new PDR and self-storage building (The “Project”).
The Project will construct an approximately 171,350 SF building including approximately 21,650 SF of PDR use, 1,800 SF community use, and 148,900 SF of self-storage use that includes accessory office/retail, and accessory parking. The Project also proposes improvements to McKinnon Ave. and Upton St.
