Wildwood Elementary School

Wildwood was an elementary school lease-leaseback project in Piedmont. It included renovation of five interconnected buildings, seismic upgrades, accessibility improvements, modernization, and site redevelopment. Two of the five buildings were originally built in the 1930s and require extensive structural wood frame and concrete foundation upgrades that were self performed by Overaa Construction. Roofing, plaster, and finishes in most locations were removed and replaced as part of the project. Some of the improvements include new lighting, HVAC systems, wheelchair lift, classrooms renovation, auditorium improvements, new bathrooms, and new offices.
