Two phased project encompassing a new sanctuary and renovation of an existing building. Phase 1 included demolition of the existing sanctuary and construction of a new worship center and music ministry. Phase 2 included the conversion and remodel of an existing historic winery building for use as a K-8 school admin building and classrooms. The entire facility was under continuous operation during construction. Scope also covered: temporary facilities, temporary utilities, sanitary facilities, dust, pollution and noise controls. Interior finishes, casework, specialty items, kitchen equipment, fire alarm and fire protection systems, elevator, HVAC, plumbing/mechanical systems, and all electrical work were provided.
