Highland Hospital Acute Tower Replacement Satellite Building Podium

Construction of four-level concrete podium structure to support a Medical Office Building on top. This included a three-level of concrete parking garage with below grade basement, totaling nearly 117,000 SF. We placed more than 7,000 CY of structural concrete for this project located in downtown Oakland with a busy emergency room adjacent.
