171,000 SF industrial distribution center consisting of two concrete tilt-up buildings on a 10-acre site in Richmond, CA. Building One is a 133,000 SF building with 4,800 SF of office space. We completed foundations and slab-on-grade to use as casting beds for panel formation in a month and a half. Our crew formed a total of 46 panels and 15 panels were tilted at at time. All panels for this building were tilted in three days. Building Two is a 58,000 SF building with 5,848 SF office space. We formed 56 panels and 15 panels were tilted at a time. All panels for this building were tilted in two days. Overall, for both Buildings One and Two, all panels were formed on site and titled in five days. A high level of safety, with certified personnel equipped to perform precast work, augmented quality assurance and quality control throughout construction activities.
