Danville Congregational Church New Preschool & Admin Offices

Preconstruction and construction of a new ministry and preschool building, plus an administrative addition with full site redevelopment. A new 9,750 SF multi-purpose building houses four preschool classrooms and a fellowship hall. The 2,700 SF addition to the existing sanctuary houses church administration offices and a choir room. Extensive civil work included a bioswale with retention basin, storm drain modifications, water and gas tie-ins, electrical switchgear replacement and assisting PG&E with transformer change-out to re-route power to the main building.
