Comcast San Francisco Technical Operations Center

Conversion of a 1920s three floor masonry structure in San Francisco from an office space into a technical operations center. Overaa's work included demolition of the existing walls/finishes and installation of new walls, ceilings, storefront, a concrete ramp, floor coverings, and casework. All MEP work was performed as design-build. A wet-pipe fire sprinkler system was installed with a flow and tamper switch. Plumbing scope included forty-three fixtures, condensate for the HVAC systems and showers for a fitness room. HVAC also included fan coils with economizers and utilized an existing split system. A new three-ton DX unit was installed to service the data room.
