The scope of work will include the construction of new facilities including an ozone generation building, contactor structure, new chemical facilities and storage, and a new utility water pump station. The project has been in the planning stages for 15 years. Planning and design costs are $3.5 million and construction and construction management costs are estimated to be $45 million.
