Bidders may be required to furnish a faithful performance and labor and material bond from a surety acceptable to Overaa in the amount of the bid, and bear all costs of such bond in excess of two percent of the bid amount. Bidders will be required to execute Overaa's standard Subcontract Agreement (692KB).
