Subcontractor Management. Overaa’s vast
and diverse experience in public, private and negotiated work has allowed us
to develop relationships with local and regional subcontractors who bring a
competitive advantage to our projects while adhering to our strict quality
standards and accountability measures. This “Overaa edge” provides
a unique and significant cost advantage
to our clients.
Construction Scheduling. Our
experienced team uses the most advanced project scheduling technology
and resources to create accurate, comprehensive timelines. We use
them to drive the document development process, with (for example)
material purchasing and approval dates.
Project closeout, commissioning and warranty management
are built into our CPM scheduling.
Field Experience. Unlike
many other general contractors, we actually perform much of the
work – typically 30%. Our first-hand knowledge of construction
methods and materials enables us to provide you with valuable cost-savings
suggestions.
