Seismic repairs and access modifications to a five-level, 800-stall garage within a five month accelerated schedule. Scope included new shear walls, crack repair, the addition of fortifying steel plates, a new elevator, and a new pedestrian bridge. The parking structure was kept operational throughout construction. We developed a detailed phasing plan, by floor and by area, to ensure minimal impact to the student and faculty users. We scheduled activities around the academic calendar to further minimize student inconvenience.
